Charoen Pokphand (C.P.) Group is multinational conglomerate headquartered in Bangkok. The Group operates wide range of businesses with core businesses in agro & food, retail and telecommunication.  C.P. Group is expanding its businesses to become a globalized company and now we are looking for talents to join the Leadership Development team to build CP Leaders in the pipeline.

Leadership Program Management 

  • Actively communicate to promote learning opportunities provided by CP Leadership Institute and to build network relationship with all Leaders
  • Maintain high standard with Leaders at all level in Company in develop and administer routine Leadership Training Program roll out.
  • Bi weekly, monthly or as per request the report for Leadership program roll out according to required format
  • Be partner of learning site construction; to support information on site training standard model.

Leadership Innovation                        

  • Seek and benchmark latest Leadership development approach & intervention and also research on Leadership development trend analysis                     
  • Proactively source, apply and deploy best leadership development approach and interventions to address business issues for CP Group              
  • Proactive work with HR and BU Leaders  to create platforms for best practices in Leadership development roadmap, talent management , rotation plan and  succession plan in response to business requirement.
  • Create Leadership competencies framework in aligning with business requirement and to ensure the development plan to close leadership competency gaps.          
  • Collaborate with  other Leadership Development Expert  from both local and  international Institutes                                    

Course Design, Development & Evaluation

  • Course content or instructional design for specific requirements to enhance outstanding and visionary Leaders to globalize CP Group
  • Create best practice platform on design  instructional guide, develop instructor or coach and how to assess and follow up  our Leaders according to Individual Development Plan
  • Introduce learning design process with the best use of technology to enhance employees learning
  • Design or modify Leadership Development Program as needs through CP Group job/need analysis          
     

Qualification Requirement:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in the Training and Development or Talent Management field
  • Master Degree or doctoral degree is a plus in Business, Economics, or  relevant fields
  • Highly communicative, and proficient in English or Chinese Mandarin is a plus
  • Strong project management skill and strong Leadership with high level of initiative.
  • Results driven, high levels of responsibility, able to work both independently and within a small team or a multicultural setting
  • Position # 2 is also open to market/behavior Researcher or Economist
