Regarding of the vision, Chairman Dhanin Chearavanont has been emphasizing on building and developing C.P. people to become talents who will lead the Group to continuous growth and sustainable success.

The Chairman has studied best practices in leadership development of many world-class companies. He has traveled with senior leaders to visit GE, Samsung and Boeing, He studied their developmental methods to apply for C.P. Group. As a result, the "Leaders teaching leaders" concept is discovered and used as a learning channel that encourages knowledge and experience sharing across the entire Group.

The Chairman then has furthered his idea by establishing C.P. Leadership Institute as well as developing our own leadership programs in order to propel our leaders to be able to compete in the international arena. This will lead to sustainable success of both the organization and the country. Therefore, the Chairman has decided to focus on developing and preparing C.P. people to be the future leaders of the Group, and search for the foremost leadership development model and experts with prior experience in world-class leadership development and leadership institute establishment,  adapted development programs for leaders in various levels and applied the "action learning" methodology into those programs. The methodology allows participants to work on real business projects and issues. The first program, called the Action Learning Program,  involves projects that were identified by the Chairman himself and the senior management team. The senior leaders also act as sponsors for the projects.
